 Please choose your photos carefully. Show the positive features of your property especially the pool if you have one. Choose sunny days but watch out for areas of dark shadow. Take the photos when the property is in the condition people will find it when they arrive – clean and uncluttered. It is often worthwhile to put flowers on the table or even a bottle of wine and some glasses! Make it look welcoming. www.FranceDirect.co.uk will do everything it can to enhance the colour and contrast, but it is difficult to remove a line full of drying washing !

Prepare your text details, typed (we cannot accept hand written details) or ideally on a PC floppy disc (plain text or MSWord), and your photographs which are non-returnable unless you enclose a S.A.E (again, we would prefer the photographs to be send on floppy or as email attachments - make sure they are saved at low resolution as downloads take a long time and potential clients will not wait to see your property).

You can attach your details to the email as a text file or as a Word file.  Photographs should be attached as JPEG or GIF files.

Terms and Conditions:   

As soon as we receive your details, we will prepare your materials for the www.FranceDirect.co.uk website. We take no responsibility for any delay in houses being included on FranceDirect, but will always try to complete the inclusion usually within 10 days of receiving the request. We reserve the right to refuse any property without recourse.

Our offer is for private owners, companies wishing to advertise may contact us for details.

If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we will return your photographs and a proof copy of your website entry. We promise to maintain the highest standards but we cannot accept liability for any materials sent to us or for inaccuracies. We will invoice you for the appropriate amount.

Your advertisement will appear for one year from the date of publishing.

We only allow a single property per page. Our charges are for a single property. If you want 2 or more houses on FranceDirect then payment for each property should be made.

We ask you to keep us up to date with your bookings by emailing us a minimum of once a month, so that we can update your availability on the site.
